Our job is to process the raw materials according to the customer's requirements and
make them into products that can be used in factories.
In order to commercialize raw materials as "materials",
we have performed the following process.

1. Received Mother Material ･First Large Slitting

Slit the received Mother material by Large Slitting Machine.

2. Processing by Continuous heat treatment furnace

Conduct heat treatment to the- coil material. (Tension annealing also available)

3. Processing by Cold Rolled Milling

Press the coil material with a cold rolled mill to make it thinner.

4. Process by Degreasing

Degreasing oil stains adhered by
cold rolled mill with hydrocarbons.
After that, the coil goes through visual inspection.

5. Process by Tension leveling

Make it flat the coil material shape with tension and multiple rolls.

By cutting to the order width, make multiple strips.

7. Processing by Oscillate winding

It's a process of welding multiple
slitting materials into one material.

8. Processing by material edge

This process removes strip burrs that occur during slit processing.

9. Packing &Delivery

After packing material, it will be delivered to the customer.

KAISHIN Industry Co., Ltd. was founded in Itabashi-ku, Tokyo,
where metal processing has been active for a long time ago.
In 1989, a factory was built in Niigata, and now the Niigata First Factory, Niigata Second Factory, and Technical Center have been expanded.
